Orca Model: FINatic Send-off with Cort Corino

Orca Model: FINatic Send-off with Cort Corino

Join Cort Corino on Monday, June 23, as he shares the incredible story behind his full-scale replica of the cabin of the Orca—a project that started as a spontaneous idea and turned into a three-year passion project, culminating on Martha’s Vineyard for the Jaws 50th Anniversary.

With no official blueprints, Cort relied entirely on movie props, screenshots, and meticulous research to bring the legendary boat to life. Hear how he tracked down original Orca props, reconstructed the cabin piece by piece, and navigated the challenges of recreating the interior of one of cinema’s most famous boats.

When he’s not recreating cinematic history, Cort works on boats for a living and thrives on hands-on restoration projects. Close out a FINtastic weekend at the Museum with this incredible behind-the-scenes look at his journey from concept to completion.

Tickets: $30; includes coffee, tea, juice and muffins
