The Martino Brothers will introduce you to their innovative 3D farm system, a method that combines seaweed with oysters, blue mussels, and bay scallops to promote regenerative farming and enhance marine biodiversity. A portion of their farm is also dedicated to marine research, furthering our knowledge of sustainable aquaculture. You may even get a chance to taste some seaweed!
