The Island housing crisis is an ever-evolving situation and affects all foundational aspects of our Island. Join us for a fascinating panel discussion exploring the intricacies of Martha’s Vineyard’s housing crisis where Dan O’Connell, Dylan Fernandes, and Tucker Holland will provide guidance on next steps in the Island’s pursuit of finding solutions. 

Each panelist brings a unique perspective on addressing issues around housing crises. Dan O’Connell served as Secretary of Housing and Economic Development under Governor Deval Patrick and is a full-time resident of West Tisbury. A fourth-generation Cape & Islands resident, Dylan Fernandes has served Falmouth, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket in the Massachusetts State Legislature since 2017. Tucker Holland is the Housing Director for the Town of Nantucket, where he resides full-time with his family.
