Blue Hues: Indigo Dyeing Workshop – SOLD OUT

Step into the vibrant world of indigo dyeing with this hands-on workshop led by Rebecca Gilbert of Native Earth Teaching Farm and celebrated artist Emily Auchincloss. In this engaging two-hour experience, participants will explore the hidden colors of indigo, crafting everything from light aquamarine to deep rich blues. You’ll experiment with various resist-dyeing techniques to produce striking designs on provided bandannas. This workshop is perfect for families and individuals alike, welcoming children under adult supervision. Join us for a chance to create your own artworks and get a glimpse into the rich tradition of natural dyes.

Materials are included in the cost of the workshop. Each participant will receive two bandanas (one silk, one cotton) for dyeing.
