PROGRAM POLICIES
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel your registration for a program, please contact jneville@mvmuseum.org or call (508) 627-4441 ext. 126. Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines.
- Refunds will be granted if more than 72 hours (3 days) notice is given.
- Less than 72 hours (3 days) before the program: No refunds will be given.
- After the program has taken place: No refunds will be given.
- Certain special events are non-refundable; these will be clearly noted at the time of registration.
- For sold-out programs, any unclaimed seats may be released to guests on the waitlist or walk-ins five minutes after the start time.
Food Workshop Policy
Due to limited space and material preparation, food-related workshops require 1 week’s notice for cancellations. Programs with capacity limits may have a waitlist; we encourage early registration to secure your spot.
