The Farmer and The Shark

The Farmer and The Shark

Back by popular demand, The Farmer & The Shark returns to the Museum for a fourth and final screening.

This acclaimed documentary explores the little-known story of Vineyarder Craig Kingsbury and his influence on Jaws—from shaping Robert Shaw’s iconic portrayal of Quint to grounding the film in the Island’s working maritime culture.

Following the screening, join award-winning filmmaker John Campopiano for a post-film conversation, along with special guests, as they share behind-the-scenes stories and insights into the people, places, and artistry that shaped one of cinema’s most enduring films.

This is the final opportunity to experience the film at the Museum before it moves on.

MVM Members: $15; Non-Members: $25
