Kahoots

Kahoots

Legendary Kahoots returns to the stage for a rare and highly anticipated performance.

Born out of Martha’s Vineyard’s vibrant 1990s independent music scene, Kahoots became one of the Island’s most distinctive and influential bands, known for their genre-blurring sound, prolific output, and deeply loyal following. Founded by Rob Myers and Elisha Wiesner, the group recorded extensively, toured beyond the Island, and helped define a formative era of Vineyard music.

Over the years, Kahoots has become part of local music lore, a band that captured a specific moment in Island culture when DIY creativity, packed local venues, and a tight-knit artistic community shaped an unmistakable sound and spirit.

Now performing only occasionally, Kahoots shows have taken on a kind of legend of their own. Each appearance is both reunion and revival, carrying the weight of history while still sounding alive and immediate.

This performance offers a rare opportunity to experience one of Martha’s Vineyard’s most enduring homegrown bands, whose influence continues to ripple through the Island’s music story.

General Admission: $20; Season Pass: $150
