Honey, Wine, and Island Cooking

Honey, Wine, and Island Cooking

Martha’s Vineyard boasts a rich and diverse culinary landscape, home to an abundance of local flavors. Join us on Sunday, March 30, at 3 p.m. to explore its bounty with Julia Blanter, author of the new Martha’s Vineyard Cookbook, and Tricia Colon of Island Bee Company.

Julia will share a collection of recipes inspired by the Island’s restaurants, farmers, fishermen, and food artisans, highlighting locally sourced ingredients—from fresh seafood and meats to cheeses and honey—all deeply connected to the Vineyard’s unique sense of place. Following the talk, Tricia will lead a tasting of single-origin raw honey sourced from three Vineyard towns, offering a unique opportunity to experience the Island’s flavors firsthand enjoyed with a glass of wine.

MVM Members: $25; Non-Members: $35 – includes honey tasting!
