In Finatics, Smith celebrates the extraordinary 50-year legacy of Jaws and the fiercely devoted community of fans who embraced it—affectionately known as the “Finatics.” What began as a film shot on and around Martha’s Vineyard has grown into something far bigger: a cultural touchstone, a collecting universe, and a shared story that continues to ripple across generations.
Smith is also the co-founder of the highly regarded Let’s Talk Jaws LIVE podcast, where deep dives into the film’s legacy and its ever-growing fan community have become a gathering place for enthusiasts around the world.
